The owner of The Carpet Company, Frank Marotta, is a former President of the North East Ohio Floor Covering Association (N.E.O.F.C.A.). N.E.O.F.C.A. sets the standard for the floorcovering industry. Its ethics committee oversees the operation of its member organizations.
